All orders are processed within 7 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive an email/text message after you have placed an order and the items are ready for dispatch (this is usually within 24/48hrs) to offer you a delivery on the day of your choice.

Free local delivery is available for orders that reach the minimum price within the United Kingdom.
Deliveries are made from 9am to 5pm on Monday to Friday. We will contact you via text message with the phone number you provided at checkout to notify you on the day of our arrival.
Unfortunately, we do not deliver overseas at the moment, but we’re working on it. If you can nominate your own shipper, we’re happy to deliver to their UK mainland address, or they can collect from the nearest distribution centre. Please contact a member of our team for further assistance. One more thing…. Please note that our Structural Guarantee or Care+ Protect plans don’t provide coverage outside the UK mainland. This includes all off-shore island locations.
When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available.
