Delivery & Returns

We regret to inform you that delivery costs may apply to certain orders. Free delivery can be arranged subject to terms and order.

We outsource some of our deliveries to external partners.

The advantage of this is the flexibility of giving our customers the option to arrange their own delivery; we find many of our customers tend to have their own drivers or good relationships with their own courier companies. We are happy for any customers to arrange their own collection and/or delivery, although we are more than happy to help arrange the delivery for you if required.

All products for delivery within the UK are dispatched within 2-3 working days, although the delivery process may take up to 10 working days (at the most).

At this current time we cannot guarantee free delivery on all orders and therefore charges may apply. Please contact the office or send us a message via our contact page if you need some more help.


Couriers

As our internet customer base is continuously growing we are now having more and more courier collect from us on a day-to-day basis, we feel it is very important for our new internet based customer read the below.

• All courier arrangements are to be made by you, the customer.
• When the goods are to be collected Ideal Furniture must be notified of which courier will be collecting the items.
• Payment must be made in full before collection.
• Manifest must be provided by you, the customer for your courier to sign.
• Couriers are expected to appreciate that at times the warehouse may be busy, so vehicles which arrive first will be loaded first.
• An additional packaging charge will be applied to all of our manufactured ranges of bedroom furniture dispatched via courier.
• All collections are to be made before 4:30PM

Returns

• Goods that are to be exchanged must be in original packaging and not pampered with. Any mattresses which have been opened cannot be returned.
• No assembled furniture can be returned.
• If any parts are missing please inform us within 24 hours of purchase, quoting your invoice number and replacement parts will be issued.
• Please note that due to their handling procedures returns from courier companies will not be accepted, and if returned to Ideal Furniture will be disposed of.
